1. Exhibitors need to fill "Participation Contract Form" and stamp, email to rfaexpo@valuedshow.com or fax to 0592-5071355;
2. After registration, exhibition fee must be paid to organizer designated account within 10 days;
3. Booth arrangement will according to "First Come, First Served" principle; Exhibition Office will reserve the right to stand unified and coordinated, such as vendors is failed to pay in specified time, the exhibition office will cancell exhibitor application and booth will also not be retained;
4. The exhibitor is not entitled to lease or transfer their booth to a third party, not authorized for non-exhibitors advertising in any manner at the venue publicity;
5. Check the “Manual” for conference reception, accommodation, transportation and other exhibits. "Manual" will be expressed to exhibitors before one month of the conference or download on the official website.
